According to Eli Pariser, society lives in 1915 on the Web. Newspapers of that period did not care much about the civic responsibilities, so that they did not have any ethics. What is happening now in the world, is the great flow of uncontrolled information, even in these so-called “bubbles” information is not always relevant. If Internet has been created in order to unite people, why do it isolate us? Judging by interests would not just please society, because we always need to know the whole scene, both sides of the conflict. He states that online attacks from the common users are breaking privacy in social networks. Some of them do it for money, just stealing money from bank accounts, and some do it for the protests. He tried to convince his audience by providing an example of most-known Mr Dimitry Golubov from Ukraine, who attacked and stole money online by tracking the passwords. Hackers that do it just for the protest, like Anonymous group, motivated from opinion, from particular news or laughs. They do it to show people that government is not right, or to show their superiority of law. National hackers, or simply people from government do it to undermine the system in the world. As for example, during the riots in Egypt in April, 2011 rioters found out that Egyptian government spent 280,000 Euros for tool that would help them to intercept communications of a whole country. Does it make any sense? People themselves break people’s privacy, and the consequences of it are terrible. A lot of people died during the riots in Egypt and Arab Spring, also there was a story with a Dutch company DigiNotar. They ran into bankruptcy because they were hacked by their own government. And if people just think that they have nothing to hide from government, they are wrong. Today, this question of privacy and security is becoming more about freedom and control. Furthermore, Mikky Hypponen says that people today should think before blindly
