What most people want to be is healthy. When people think of being healthy, they think of staying active, walking, playing sports, etc… But in order to maintain a good health, you have to be healthy in four areas: physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
The stereotypical way of staying healthy is of course by exercising. This is very important, because you need to keep your body fit so you can have a longer life.
