How to Fry Fish Frying fish is one of the most delicious ways to cook any kind fish. Today, I will introduce one skillful way how to fry fish. We have three major steps to complete frying tasty fried fish. Fish step is to wash it, then prepare the mixture, and finally step is to fry the fish. Let’s do the first job. Before frying the fish. It is ncessary to wash it very cleanly. Nobody want to eat a unwashed fried fish. As a common sense, the scales have to been removed. Inadition, entrails also should be cleaned. Furthermore, we do not need the fish head, so take it away. Then use a lot of water to rinse the whole fish for a while. This is the first step, not the most important, but it is most necessary one. The second step is significant. Whther the fried fish is tasty or not, it depends on how delicious mixture we prepare. As a result, I will emphasize on the second step. The most complete and thorough way to coat fish (or anything for pan frying) includes three steps: flour, egg, salt, pepper, final coating of bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, cornmeal and beer. Beer makes the mixture more special. It will make the tasty differe from other fried fish.
On your left, set up a plate, shallow bowl or tray with about 1 cup flour for every pound of fish and mix in 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper, if you like.
