How To Make Pozole Essay
For those that love Mexican food and you want to try something new pozole should be one of your options. Pozole is a delicious dish prepare with corn, meat, pepper and vegetables in a hearty broth. Pozole is a good choice for a new taste. Its pre-cooked in a water solution with calcium oxide for a couple of hours and adding the last ingredient chile to give the taste it needs to have.
Before you start making it you need some ingredients that you can find at the closest grocery store you have. You may have more than half of the ingredients in your own lovely house. Some of the ingredients you need are: bay leaves, water, pork, depending on how many people are going to eat is how much pork you need, yellow onions, garlic, and the last thing you need for it, is the chile sauce. Don’t worry about the onion, garlic and bay. You can throw them away, these ingredients won’t be need it anymore. After cutting the pork add the pureed chile sauce to pork stock and store through. Taste for seasoning. While cooking you need to enjoy the way you are making, you need to feel the smell it needs to be in your system for you to enjoy every single thing you are doing for the pozole.
Then, bring some pozole to a gentle simmer and allow to continue cooking for an additional 45 minutes. While you are being patient on waiting for the pozole to be ready, start thinking about how it’s going to taste what are you going to say when you taste are you going to tell your friends, your family or any person in the world to try it just like you did.
