How to realize the feeder control of pendulum pulverizer?
It is very important to control the pendulum pulverizer feeder, which concerning the grinding efficiency and the quality of its granularity. The following passage will introduce the methods to control the pendulum feeder and its automatic feeding amount.

The pulverizer feeder takes the electromagnetic vibrating way by using the double directional force of particles system. It’s made of the chute the coupling part and the armature. The whole electric vibrating feeder should hang in freely state with a certain swimming gap, which can prevent it the collision with the material supply erasing the noises. After the installation, we should make loose the screw used for locating connecting fork and checking (three on the vibrator, and one below it), then screw up the locknut.

Open up the rear back of the vibrator, and check out the gap between the iron shank and armature if it is within the1.8-2.1 mm and parallel and clean. And check out all the screws are loose or not, especially the screw the tighten pressing the iron shank and armature; finally close the rear back if everything works well. Connect the electricity for no-load test, adjusting the potentiometer from the low gradually, adjusting the amplitude and see the condition of the current exchange. The amplitude should be more or less7% around 1.75mm, and the voltage between 0.6-2.5A. Check the stability of the amplitude and voltage, and the fixation of the screw.

When every part works well, open the lock strode of the feeder conveyor, observing the stability of the vibrating amplitude (the amplitude allows 0.5mm decline, if decent more you should check out the material chute pressure warehouse and elastic adjustment system) and the current, the satisfaction requirement of feeding amount. Both the amplitude and the electric current are under the normal rating value, but the feeding amount cannot meet the requirement, you can hang the vibrator oblique downward to some degree, within 20 degree the biggest

In Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby, figurative blindness possesses beauty, in that it allows the “blind” individual to construct their own unique world, all of which is created through the distinct perception of various experiences, not necessarily the actual sequence and nature of events. Blindness is essentially a, “social construction” (Batman, ThisAmericanLife), in that society has created this disability, whether it be physical or mental, demonstrating the notion that beliefs and opinions towards other individuals are the only hindrances for the blind in their efforts to achieve their potential. With the exclusion of belittling pre-conceived notions towards the blind community, the allure of blindness becomes apparent. This occurs through…

One of the most controversial debates in our time has been the legalization of marijuana. Legalizing marijuana in the United States can promote utilitarianism for the greater good. Political parties have argued various pros and cons of legalizing marijuana in the United States. I believe that by legalizing marijuana you can actually produce the best results, thus affecting the greatest number of people. Legalizing marijuana would allow the government to control the substance, just as they control tobacco and alcohol. If the government controls the retail market of marijuana use and the distribution it can dictate the negative outcomes that are a direct result from keeping marijuana illegal. Legalizing marijuana has many benefits; however there are four of them that can dramatically affect our country for the better. They are as follows; increased tax and private market economic growth, reduced crime, medical advancements, and safer drug use. These four categories can improve the lives of our citizens for the greater good.…

There are many causes of the American Revolution, but I believe the primary cause was the French and Indian War, which lasted from 1754 to 1763. This war also known as the Seven Years War, changed the relationship between Britain and the American colonies. Not only did this war help start the revolution, but its aftermath did too. A decade of conflicts between British Parliament and the colonists, starting with taxation acts, eventually led to the eruption of the American Revolution in 1775.…

As stated earlier in the introduction, it was decided to measure the time for 10 complete swings, in order to reduce the random errors. These measurements would be repeated two more times, and in total five successive lengths were used. We start from one metre, and decreasing by 20 cm for each following measurement, and the mass of metal bob doesn’t change all the time. According to pendulum is periodic. We will push it and record the period time of swinging (T) when it comes back. Then we can draw a diagram with data by Excel.…
