There are many stories about beowulf it is one of the most common out of all of them the story is about action, supernatural beings and different settings in time. In the story these people called the danes are having trouble with a monster killing all the people in their town. So they called on the mighty warrior beowulf to come handle the evil grendel. When beowulf finally gets to the danes with his fourteen brave men to take down grendel they tell the king of the danes that he is there to kill his monster. Beowulf was a very strong and smart man that would fight and kill everything that challenged him he has fought just about every kind of evil magical creature in his path and prevailed against all of them. so as beowulf sleeps in the meat hall waiting on grendel he knows that he will again kill the monster hes going against. Another thing he fought the evil monster with no weapons or clothes.
