Howard Gardner In today’s world, there are many theories and concepts that have changed how we think. Howard Gardner, a phycologist, that is best known for his concept of multiple intelligences is responsible for a few of these theories. Howard Gardner was born on July 11, 1943 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. As a child, Howards parents had to go through a great deal of trouble to come to America. His family originated from Nurnberg, Germany. They fled in the year 1938 with Howards brother, Eric. After the family came to America they had a tragedy to face. Just prior to Howards being born his older brother had died in an accident.
