The Human Resource Function
The Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University (WMCOSU) works diligently to uphold their mission of “improving people’s lives through innovation in research, education, and patient care” ("The ohio state," 2011). They believe in order to remain a viable healthcare organization they must uphold their mission and work to meet their organizational goals. Generate an investment fund for mission development.
Create a high-performance organizational and workplace of choice. ("The ohio state," 2011).
