Introduction
I have been a clinical team member and manager in radiology for the past twenty-one years. I decided to go back to college to enhance my knowledge in the field of Human Resources as I have developed my strengths in my current role. I want to be open to opportunities that may present themselves in my current role and organization, as well as those that may come about outside of healthcare.
Description of Career
I have been functioning as a clinical healthcare manager for twelve years I am most interested in working in the field of Human Resources Management in healthcare or Healthcare Recruiting. Many new graduates may start in positions such as Human Resource Assistants or Human Resource Specialists. These are more entry level position for new graduates and require less experience.
Human Resource Assistants are the most entry level position into a department and work alongside a specialist. HR assistants must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have capable HRIS knowledge. HR assistants perform filing duties and scan images into the HRIS optical database, audit team member files and respond to inquiries from multiple sources. This job code requires a high school education.
