Different operational functions are always in place when dealing with business. Healthcare Management and Human Resource are 2 points of interest that are a direction I would like to achieve. Coordinating the work of the department, work activities of a team of people. Finding out the direct purpose of the organization organizing people or department to perform the work which is required to get the task accomplished. Developing a structure of the team whether it be specific rules, regulations, and job description or open flexible, by work in teams, and having open communication. Healthcare Management deals with coordination of the different departments or team of people to work together to accomplish a goal; which is to access the patient, process his or her claim for payment. There needs to be a direct in whom the organization is leading to with goals and tactics in mind. Planning deals with setting the goals of the organization, and establishing strategies. “Organizations need managers for their managerial skills and abilities more than ever in these uncertain, complex and chaotic times.”(Robbins, S.P., & Coulter, M. HR would also handle any work-related problems. An important part of HR is to advise on the organization policies any equal employment opportunities or complaint or disciplinary actions.
Within the healthcare management this profession handles the direction of the organization and leadership within different department of the organization. “Healthcare organizations are complex and dynamic. The nature of organizations requires that managers provide leadership, as well as the supervision and coordination of employees” (Thompson,
