I had an opportunity to speak with Steve Mosley (Upper Right Leadership) an executive coach referred to Mountaire from Drew Stewart (our Profiles International Partner). Steve was formerly with Altel and has a breadth of coaching experience though he has only been in the business of executive coaching since 2009. Certified by the World Wide Association of Business Coaches he is familiar with the CheckPoint 360 and PXT though his work is primarily focused toward executives in small to mid-sized companies (under 500 to 5000 employees). Based upon the conversation, I believe that his expertise would be better suited for a Director level role rather than anyone on the executive team.…

With safety being the number one priority, we must ensure that the product maintains its highest level of standard. If deemed that the modifications will not be suitable for our core brand, I would create an alternative solution to the request from upper management, which may involve an entirely new product. If deemed suitable, the next phase would be testing the product and then preparing for the marketing campaign. Establishing an effective marketing campaign is a…

This sample database is for a company that performs contract work for other companies. The contract work is software development. The contracting company is hired by another organization to perform specific software development. The contracting company does not consider the software developers as employees; rather they are contractors working on contracts. The contractors do receive a check for their work from the contracting company; however, because they are not employees, they check does not include normal employees’ deductions.
