Everyone should be aware that their behavior will most certainly affect the productivity of their subordinates. We must all be certain that we maintain a healthy work environment by living by the golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated. There must always be equal treatment and be aware of others around us and respect their different backgrounds. "Culture helps people make sense of their part of the world. It provides them with an identity—one they retain even when they emigrate and is retained by their children and grandchildren as well” (Cascio, 2005). We should all be aware of the different individuals who surround us. We must also be aware that how we carry ourselves reflects on our employees. I would like you all to do your best to stay positive because your attitudes will be reflected by your employees. In my current position, I’ve felt that if I’m not surrounded by positivity, I begin to lag in my efforts as well. Remember, a manager is one of the front line individuals of the company so his or her behavior is a model of what the company stands for. As you know, we need everyone’s help and positive attitude to make this transition work at its best!…
