Entities and Attributes Summary When using a database, the most important step is knowing how to use the table elements. The table defines the structure of the database based on its entities and Attributes. The entity is the object being stored and the Attributes describe information about the entity and its reason being documented. When using this table, one needs to first know how to access the database, table and forms that need to be used. A shared database needs to be created so that all hub locations of Huffman Trucking can access information pertaining to the maintenance of the trucks in the fleet. The project will reduce the amount of time that the trucks in the fleet are off the road by having the parts in stock to handle all of the maintenance. Keeping more trucks on the road will maximize revenue for the company. The Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) will show the affiliation between the data and the database. The new database will allow managers within Huffman Trucking to generate up-to-date reports for Fleet Truck Maintenance. Smith Systems Consulting did not create a database so Team B is constructing Entity-Relationship Diagrams for the Fleet Truck
