From the very beginning of the human civilization, Business always played an important role. Business is an organization engaged in the trade of goods, services or both to consumers. The main reason of business is to serve the customer with goods and services. With the mission of serving people, a business organization must conduct with enthusiastic, energetic and skilled people. Therefore, recruitment, selection and compensation process is very much important for an organization as it combines both the skilled and unskilled applicants, selects the best possible personnel for the organization and provides the highest possible compensation benefits to meet the satisfaction level of the employees in the organization. Robi Axiata Limited. Is a significant part of Robi Group where the employees are recruited, selected and trained under a specific manner according to the companies rule?
