The advantages of implementing a performance appraisal in BTCL are the employees may work harder to be on top in their ratings based on their levels of performance and be rewarded accordingly in terms of pay increases, bonuses, promotions and other benefits. It also helps to improve the employee’s performance, ensure job satisfaction and retention. 42

Implementing a face-to-face meeting will be an ideal perspective for the management level for all the branches. BTL should have a date plan to meet up with all the management to disseminate and introduce of any new products. Ensure a question and answer session are made at the end of the meeting as this will ensure what has been discussed been understood by all. These meeting too enable the management team from the different branches to mingle and raise of any issues or problems they faces. The management from the different branches than have to disseminate the information and to ensure the employees at their respective branches understood the discussion and they too have to ensure if any queries should be raise as not to have any misunderstanding about the information. 43
BTL should follow up with an electronic dissemination of the information through email to all employees and/or put it on the notice board at the branches hence; information given could be referred with regards to the products or discussion. BTL have to followed up and get a feedback from the employees after 1 week from the discussion date. By doing this BTL would know the outcome and the understanding of the employees with regards to the product or discussion. 43
