Human Resource Department Analysis
Human Resources can be found in almost every successful company and business. The Human resources department is one of the most important component of any type of business, no matter how big or small the business is. The Human resource department has multiple uses and responsibilities. Some of these important systems are when there are people applying for the position they will need to keep track of the applicant tracking, they will also keep track of the hiring process, along with the skills development system to make sure that they are developing the proper why that they are training them, as well as benefits administration and compliance with associated government regulations, this means that they will have to make sure that everyone is …show more content…
In the 1950s this was called the Personal Department. This would have used to help develop and train people at all levels of employment. They would handle benefit planes. They would also watch over the health and safety side of things with the employees and would make sure that if they need anything, that they would take care of them. They would also make sure that the company was following the proper protocols and if anything where to happen in the court system, that they would represent the company. The would always make sure that the public knew what was going on by making ads in the news papers for people to read. Every time that there was a meet for the company they would make sure that everything was set up for them and if there was a movie that needed to be shown, they would set up and run the …show more content…
The move also became a big part of the company to be a partner with the leader and to help them make significant business decisions, give the best type of advise on critical transitions to make the company successful, and develop the value of the employees-in short time frame so that they could move up the leader in the company fast and be successful. One of the areas that they change with the department is having a strong HR leadership. Is is great for a company because with a strong leader they will motivate other and they will develop a clear vision and share that vision with others. In order to change the role of HR in an organization, the HR leader will need to work both within the HR group and with the organizational leaders to reshape everyone's expectations of what HR can and will deliver. (Dave Ulrich, 1997) By having these two come tougher they will be able to work more as a team and focused on the organization and reliability it develops. Another important change that the Human recourse in the 21 century is the flexibility and creativity. In every company and business there will always be change that is happening to the market and organization.
