Some psychologists started to disagree about the explanation of personality by the precedents psycho-theories. Because the theories ignore the qualities that make us unique to the other animal. Some of these psychologists started a humanism school.

Carl Rogers argued with the mains Maslow’s ideas.
He contributed to humanism approach by fathering the self-concept and the client (person) centred therapy.
According to Rogers this therapy will help the person to reach the self-actualisation in order to fully develop a human personality and achieve his/her goals.
The methodology used to treat a patient is a combination of analysis of mind and observation. The therapist must see the client as a person and not as a problem.
Client centre therapy can be use in treatment of many types of clients included addictions and mental health conditions. This therapy can be use in case of depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, personality disorders, alcohol addictions.
Anorexic patient is someone who suffer of anorexia. Anorexia is a serious eating disorder that is when a person (usually female) felling the pleasure of losing weight in order to keep this body as slimmer as possible by refusing to eat or reducing the amount of food, provoking vomiting and doing excessive exercise.
Anorexia is the outcome of anxiety regarding beauty and body shape. How to treat an anorexic patient by using the client (person) centred therapy
The client had been through a lot such as fat phobia, depression, destruction of self-notion, lying, fear or having difficulty to hold stress.
The therapist will face many challenge to trait this serious eating disorder. There for he/she need good therapeutic mechanisms that will help the client gain the self-esteem, self-image and ideal self.
The therapist must create an accepting environment which his/her client can rebuild his/her true self .by giving the client self-driving his session for example the client is free to set up the therapy time as he/she wish. The client will fell grow and independent.
The therapist must empathic understanding that is mean The therapist must temporary enter to the client world to understand what exactly the client fell without critics or make the judgement about his/her eating disorder. and give the client an unconditional positive attention by listening, sharing the views, thinking together. It will also help to build a positive relationship between the therapist and the client.
The therapist must trait his/her patient with sincerity and genuine by telling to the client what you really feel about his eating disorder
experiences.
In this atmosphere the client will became open about his/her anorexic experiences, will have a self-trust without fear, will have an internal evaluation and it will drive the client toward self-actualisation.
