When Puerto Ricans found out through social media that there was going to be a second Hurricane in two weeks people got crazy. They went to supermarkets and pharmacies to buy all the necessity things. There was no ice and gasoline so, people got desperate and started robbing. Also, the heavy rain from Hurricane Maria made a rupture in the Guajataca Dam in Quebradillas that could flood the entire town due to the threat of a failure. According to BBC News the National Weather Service announced flash flood warning and immediate evacuation for local residents. This shows how in the future people will lose trust and can divide communities instead of helping each other. It can also have an impact in the citizens
