Hyperlipidemia Case Studies
This is 32 year old WM. Patient has a history of HTN, Depression, and Hyperlipidemia. Patient's curent medicaitons are MEDICATION clonidine HCl 0.3 mg tablet- 1 Tablet, 3 times per Day amlodipine 10 mg tablet- 1 Tablet, 1 time per Day sertraline 100 mg tablet- 1 Tablet, 1 time per Day simvastatin 20 mg tablet- 1 Tablet, 1 time per Day

Patient is currently taking all of his medications as prescribed, except Zoloft 100 mg, patient states he's been out of Zoloft for the past 1 month. When he is taking Zoloft his depression is well managed. Discussed with the patient to start at 50 mg for the first week than full dosage of 100 mg QD. Patient verbalized the understanding. Patient denies thoughts of suicide or homicide. Patient denies chest pain,
