I Ami Level 3 Individual Assignment
Hi Ami!,
I love your work and the creativity you used for the assignment. Your boards are super complexed, which is great and you can tell you really put a lot of effort into your designs. You used a ton of shapes and really got the viewers' eye moving. Number eight is certainly my favorite and I love the design pattern! Keep up the amazing work!

I just wanted to contact you about an idea I had for Project10. I was thinking that our group could sell sushi! I would like people to preorder them similar to the pizza on pink stumps day where people were given a sheet a week or so prior to it happening and could fill the form in with what flavour they wanted and how many they would want. Then would give it to students services with the money enclosed in a small bag or envelope by a certain date and pick it up from me and the rest of the students in my group one lunchtime. My mum knows an owner of a sushi company who is willing to give us a large amount of sushi rolls for cheap and my mum has offered to pick it up and drop it off at school. If you could let me know if this can go ahead that…

The Maryland School Assessment (MSA) is a test of reading, math, and science achievement. This test provides educators, parents, and the public valuable information about student, school, school system, and state performance. Setting proficiency standards for Maryland School Assessment (MSA) involved determining proficient and advanced performance on the tests. The Performance Standard determines where the cut score is for students considered to be performing at the proficient and advanced levels. All other students will be considered to be performing at the basic level. (Maryland Assessment, 2012)…

I have chosen a painting activity. The children would be given a variety of colours and asked to paint a picture of their choice. They would be able to use their imaginations and creative skills to paint a picture possibly showing their emotion in the painting. “A creative activity involves expression of imaginative skills.” (Babies and Young Children, nelson thornes, page 99) This activity could be for children aged 2 to 11 years and the purpose of this activity would be to develop creative skills and also help with fine motor skills (this would be for the younger children), it would also encourage social skills because children tend to talk to each other when they are at a table. The activities are set up to interest the children so they want to do them. Children enjoy getting messy and most children like to paint pictures, the paints would be set up in the middle of the table with paper around the edge, there would be aprons laid over the chair and this will show the children they are possibly going to get messy. The teacher would have to be aware of health and safety, this would consist of making sure any spillages of water and paint were cleared up straight away to avoid anyone slipping over, chairs would be removed to stop anyone falling over, the teacher would ask the children to be sensible. “One of the duties and responsibilities of early years practitioners is to keep children safe.“ (Child Care and Education, Penny Tassoni, Page 258) The role of the practitioner is to provide all the equipment, ask the children to paint a picture of their choice and to supervise the activity. The practitioner would not help the children with the activity because the aim of the activity is for the children to use their imagination and create a picture using the paints. The practitioner would also be able to get more equipment out if the children asked for it so they could expand their picture. Also the practitioner could talk to the children and encourage…
