I Hate Kids Synopsis
On the eve of his wedding rehearsal, an author who wrote an “I Hate Kids” book suddenly learns that he’s a father and agrees to help his new son find his biological mother.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS:

NICK PEARSON (30’s) an author, who wrote I HATE KIDS, is about to get married to SYDNEY. During his wedding rehearsal, a teen boy MASON (13) claims to be Nick’s biological son. Nick doesn’t believe him.

The AMAZING FABULAR, a questionable psychic, supports Mason’s claim. He’s the one who told Mason that Nick is his father. Mason and Fabular produce a DNA test that confirms his paternity.

Eventually, Nick comes to believe that he’s Mason’s father. Mason wants Nick to help him find his biological mother. Mason was given up as a baby and has been living in the foster home of OLD ANNIE GORDON. She can’t take care of herself anymore and he doesn’t want to end up back in the foster care system. Nick agrees to help Mason. It may be more challenging than he thought. Nick was somewhat of a womanizer 14 years old. He brings out a box of old letters from women. They decide to hit the road to find the women and Mason’s mother.

Sydney grows paranoid. They search Nick’s apartment and find the box of letters.

Nick, Mason, and Fabular track down various women from Nick’s past, but none of them turn out to be Mason’s biological mother. Fabular insists that it has to do something with the letter “A,” but there are no women on the list that begin with A.

Kimmy goes into labor and Sydney is forced to take her to the hospital and help her during the birth. The birth changes both Kimmy and Sydney. Kimmy tells Sydney that Nick is a good guy and Kimmy no longer feels she has to protect Sydney. She has to make her own life choices. Sydney realizes she really wants
