I am writing this on my way back to Manila. I think I slept too much during the day and that I am awake more than ever. I think I slept for more than 8 hours. XD HAHA! Talk about crazy, but making lunch and dinner for 20 people ain’t an easy job. :P But since this letter is about our future together, well, let's get to it. And just so you know, yes, I’d gladly cook for you, my love. :”) Anything and everything you want. I just have to buy a nice mandoline to make the perfectly thin layers of potatoes for the gratin with chicken and gravy. Hihi! :”> Going back, I wish for a future full of love, comfort, warmth, patience, learnings, discoveries and endurance. With all that said, I just wish for a future full of hope. Hope that we will grow together and not separately. I hope that our future would be about us, our family and that we wouldn't need the society to define us; that we'd be secured in each other's love. Hope that the Lord would keep us and that He would bless us as we grow deeper in love. Hope that when we fight, we know that it's because we love each other. All I want for Christmas is hope because with hope, ambition and dreams become a reality; it is when we “realize” a dream unfolding in front of us. You were and are still my dream, but it wouldn’t hurt that I’d dream, wish and be ambitious about being hopeful, right? :”) I love you to bits, baby. I just hope during the following years that we wouldn’t be apart for Christmas, New Year and all the other important celebrations. I also promise to throw you a birthday party even if you don’t want to celebrate it anymore.
