President Donald Trump’s first days in office could be considered well spent in terms of issuing several executive orders. On his second full working day, he signed an order that gave green light to two controversial pipeline constructions, the Keystone XL and Dakota Access, and was immediately followed by an order countering several provisions of Obamacare. On Tuesday, he reinstated the ban on international counselling, froze federal government hiring, and withdrew from the trans-Pacific Partnership.

He hasn’t talked about the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program yet, but he said that the fate of the DREAMers, or its 750,000 beneficiaries have nothing to worry. The reason, as Press Secretary Spicer said, is that Trump would wait for the congress to act on this matter.
"First and foremost, the President's been very, very clear that we need to direct agencies to focus on those who are in this country illegally and have a record, a criminal record or pose a threat to the American people. That's where the priority is going to be," Spicer told the press.
While Trump can issue an executive order that would initiate the changes he wants for the country—or for the immigration segment for that matter—the power is still in Congress’s hands. But the problem is that the Republicans have won over 55 percent of the seats, which could mean that seeing a Trump executive order being overturned is close to farfetched.
