Taking online classes is becoming the most popular way for working professionals to have the chance to earn a degree. People who take online classes have better success because they options such as choosing study times, flexibility in completing assignments, which leads to success because now they are able to balance their job and studies. But it’s not all peaches and cream from every aspect. Some believe it maybe corrupting the social aspect of society.
No one need be ashamed of what he or she does not know or how long it takes to master new information. Learning on the Web can be nonjudgmental and self-paced. Using advantages of this technology to expand learning opportunities is particularly crucial, because we live in a time when learning is becoming a necessity not a luxury. “It was also proven that students who took all or part of their instruction online performed better, on average, than those taking the same course through face to face instruction. To look into it further, those who took blended courser, a combination of online and face to face, appeared to do the best”, according to US Department of Education. Online learning enables you to extract information from different types of resources anytime, anywhere. There are many advantages to taking online classes. Although most think that traditional classes are better, or appear to be more educational, online educational is beneficial in its, own way. Earning a degree from an online college can possibly lead to a promotion and or salary increase, or preparation for a career change. Many times professional who choose to earn a degree, show prospective employers that they remain intact with their duties and job performance while taking on the task of going back to school, which promotes the ability to multi task, be flexible, and stay ahead of the game.
