The era of Industrial Revolution is the period in which fundamental changes that occurred in mechanization of agriculture and textile manufacturing besides the revolution in power. The major industrialization begins in Great Britain during the late 1700s and early 1800s and spreads through the world over a very short period of time. It brought massive effect on human civilization up until now. In my opinion, us, the youths of today are very lucky because we have the chance to enjoy a very comfortable life. It is almost impossible to imagine what it would be like if the effects of Industrial Revolution were swept away from us. Telephones, laptops would vanish. Cars, motorcycles would disappear and we need to walk miles away for classes. For me, it is unimaginable – surreal. Other than that, factories create many job opportunities and also expand the cities. The percentage of jobless people is also reduced greatly and gives us opportunities to choose the field of work we are interested in. Furthermore, it attracts loads of immigrants.
