Importance Of Graduation Speech
This is the time of lofty ideals, high ambitions, fresh commitments and gorgeous intentions.

We're all smart enough to know we've been blessed with the fresh chance of an innocent 12 months. The past is history. What lies ahead is up to our creativity.

Sourav Adhikari, I write this message with a single intent: to ensure this year becomes the finest year of your life yet.

This post is deep, longer than usual and rich with content. Read it all. Reflect on it. Study it. [The uncommon talent within you deserves to see the sunlight over 2017, doesn't it?].

There's too much superficiality in this world right now. Who has the right clothes? Are we in the hippest restaurant? What did that celebrity eat for breakfast today?

The majority longs

Add to this the fact that the digital media has caused our brains to resist content that takes some effort, stretches our thinking and sparks our growth.

Society is selling us on the virtues of easy thinking and instant gratification lives. But you know there's zero gain there.

Those who will win + shine + own the game in this New Year love ideas and information that push their limits. They ache to expand. They hunger for the heroic.

...Personal elevation is their oxygen.

...Relentless optimization is their addiction.

...Making this year x100 better than last year is their obsession.

The rare-air few who lead their fields totally get that effort breeds reward. That hard work delivers beautiful fruits. That focus + practice provides genius.

The cold yet precious truth is this Sourav Adhikari: you've been presented with an exceptional series of opportunities by this pristine New Year:

--A genuine shot at your own version of greatness.

--An open window to let go of former resentments, hurts and disappointments.

--The space to blueprint precisely what you wish to do and who you devote to become over

Do a Life Detox Audit. The negative people, the pursuits you dislike and the environments that deplete your joy are costing you fortunes of income and empires of impact. In my online courses on elite performance, one of the best things I teach is releasing these success bandits from your life. So you can become the person life truly wants you to be.

#5. Run The 60-Minute Student Routine. Spending sixty minutes every day learning and growing is an absolute game-changer. The more you know, the better you can do. And the faster you'll grow, the higher you'll fly. Schedule a daily period to invest in your personal development and mastery of your craft. Build this right into your daily schedule for the next 90 days. Because the things that get scheduled are the things that get done.

#6. Make Your Dream Collage. Pictures seduce your subconscious mind on the benefits of your visions. Want to get ridiculously fit fast in 2017? Find images of your ideal body, the foods you'll eat and the new lifestyle you'll embrace. Amped to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of your market this year? Get some pictures and glue them onto a large sheet. Do this for all your core ambitions over the next 12 months. Then put the collage in a place where you can see it often, as positive psychologists now have hard data confirming that "triggers and cues" are powerful forces to reshape daily

Everyone is ascribed to their own unique talents. Most people do not often realize the potential that they hold and instead allow their potential to remain hidden from themselves. The main reason that some people do not elicit their talents is stated in Horace’s famous quote, “Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents which in prosperous circumstances would have lain dormant.” This quote states that a person who faces difficult obstacles will elicit their true potential that was previously hidden from themselves. Horace’s quote is a true and agreeable statement because everyone must face difficult challenges in order to realize their true potential. One famous psychologist named Kazimierz Darowski presented an experiment that proved Horace’s quote was true by observing the survivors after World War II in which the survivors stated that they were more grateful than before the war. There are other personal experiences that have encountered this meaning of the quote by facing difficult…

The year, as a result, follows a back-and-forth pattern of introspectiveness and action. One moment you may be out and about, full of motion and excitement. And then, out of nowhere... something else comes along that keeps you and your loved ones talking for hours! The things you learn and share thus continue to enrich your life in…

My high school cross country coach once told me, “Ryan, greatness isn’t just given out; you have to go out and earn it. You can only earn it through an extreme amount of hard work and sacrifice.” Today how ever in the twenty first century this statement can become a lie. Greatness no longer requires the same amount of dedication as it did fifty years ago. Everyday greatness is given in the forms of needles and small pills.…

Growing up in this world, I have come across the common ambitious person who plans on becoming a doctor, lawyer, or even a basketball player. However, I have also come across people who would describe these dreams as "unrealistic" or "ridiculous". Such people are the simple-minded immovable individuals that are unfamiliar with how strong the rush of ambition can become once a certain dream is put in set. These people essentially become the fuel for my movement because their doubts continue to motivate me to move even stronger and with more confidence. With my steadfast attitude, I make sure to move towards all the opportunities available to me and never let them slip from my fingertips. So far I have explored numerous activities which have moved me to the right path in ultimately defining who I am one who never waits for someone else to be moved into doing anything I set my mind to. I can specifically remember my first bus ride alone in the city as a test of my independence and a journey into the big world. Through my journey, I have been moved into different directions…

It is extremely important that we recognize the golden opportunity we will face. There are still many needs to be filled out. The need to create is imprinted in our spiritual beings. If we fail in not listening to our inner self’s very subtle voice we will betray not only our community, but what is much worse we will have betrayed ourselves. Our divine part, which is as important as our external human part won’t find the needed daily opportunities of contributing with goods and services for our human race. Instead of living a productive life we will mere be surviving. God, our Divine Master, won’t be pleased with us at all! Every human being has come to this plane of existence with many divine gifts and attributes. It would so wonderful to experience a great increase in this divine task in…
