After the initial assessment, ice breakers and ground rules have been put in place a short test may be used for example a multiple intelligence test using true or false answers to find out the learning styles of each student. A student may learn by visual, aural, reading/ writing or kinaesthetic so different approaches and methods will be used to cater for individual learning needs. This is good for students who learn by visual and practical skills. As students watch they can be asking questions and gaining tips as an individual and a group. While students are making the product the teacher can circulate round the class and observe and assess the learners,also any learner who is struggling may need individual help. Some Learners like to go home with a completed item they have made at the end of a class. Teachers know students have learned by completing the model or flower. Students may get bored if the demonstration is too long. Students can get frustrated waiting to be attended too while the teacher is helping others. The teacher needs to be seen and heard by the group and the environment
