Unfair treatment approaches in different forms. Not only do Black Americans face discrimination in the workplace, they receive it almost anywhere they go. “Roughly half of blacks (47%) say that in the past 12 months someone has acted as if they were suspicious of them because of their race or ethnicity.” (On Views, 2016, June 27.) This quote explains how black people feel about others actions. Their inability to do everyday tasks based on their race follows them to work.
