What Is Individual Therapy?
In drug rehab, patients may be given the opportunity to have individual therapy. This type of treatment plan is designed as a one-on-one session for patients to work directly with the therapist. The patient is given more time to address motivational issues and psychological problems that may be getting in the way of recover.
