Outline: Process Analysis (Informative Essay)
Title: “How to Become Physically Fit”

Introduction: Every person wishes to have a fit and slim body. Being Physically Fit is a very important thing to consider, especially to athletes and conscious type people. Different people now a days visit gym’s, attend yoga classes, and for fortunate ones that have the guts to afford, gets personal trainer. Truly, there are so many fitness centers that grow somewhere that encourage people to become physically fit and have a good stamina.

Thesis Statement: To become physically fit, you need to consider the daily routines of you. Like, must eat nutritious food, must have to know the proper hygiene in order to become beat, and most of all must have a daily exercise.

Body:
Step #1
People, specifically Filipino, love to eat randomly. Meaning, Filipino’s love eat different latest food. We are fun of trying different foods whenever we heard it like it’s delicious, very affordable yet yummy. And yet they don’t even notice that eating those foods can already harm their health. Specifically, those fatty foods like lechon, pork chops and some desserts that most Filipino’s are fun of eating it. In fact, it is the main source why there are a lot of people who experienced mild strokes that lead to hospitalization and sometimes if not easily cured lead to death. So in order to become fit, you need to be choosy with what you’re eating. Better, if you’ll eat vegetables, fishes, and fruits in your meals to maintain your health in good condition.

Step #2 Second thing to consider in becoming fit is your proper hygiene and good attitude as well. A physically fit person doesn’t consider to become fit if they don’t do proper hygiene to their self. It is actually important to have cleanliness in their body, especially every morning and before going to bed. And also, every after you exercised or did some workout you must
