Amelia Earhart always wanted to fly and or do something to change the world. The outlook on women was going to be a challenge to overcome, but she wanted to make a difference in the world. Although she may not have had as many problems as some, she did have a few times in her life she was not doing so well. Times were very different back when she was . But instead of doing what other people thought was right, she did what she thought was right. Or when she went after her goal of flying. Flying was categorized as a mans sport, so people were against the idea of her doing it. And most of what women accomplished did not exceed the limits of the house or school. She pushed forward and wasn't giving up without a fight. Or the time her father died of stomach cancer due to his alcohol problem, leaving her family financially not in the best conditions. So her family moved in with her grandparents, thus giving her more time to explore the neighborhoods, resulting in sparking her adventurous spirit which later helped her accomplish anything she
