However, the most remarkable piece of leprechaun folklore is that they are one of the only fairies that actually have practical job skills; leprechauns are renowned for their shoemaking. 4. It is said that leprechauns actually do well selling shoes to the other fairies. 5. It is said that if a leprechaun is captured, the leprechaun is obligated to grant you three wishes. 2. Leprechauns can be a chore to find. 3. They are difficult to see not only because of their small size, but they are dressed in green which blends into the Irish landscape, which is covered in sizable green fields. 4. Other than the blatant physical obstacles to capturing a leprechaun, there are tactical impediments as well. 5. The leprechauns are exceedingly cunning, which not only hinders your ability to lure them into a trap, but also increases the odds of unwanted retribution from the leprechaun. 6. Even if you do succeed in capturing the leprechaun, you may regret it. 7. Leprechauns are believed to be required to grant you three wishes; however, what you intend to wish for and the realization of the wish may be two different things. 8.
