Good morning and Assalamualaikum. Before I start my speech I would like to ask all of you a simple question. Have you guys ever experienced some massive headache that the effect became so lethal that can effect any of your daily routine ? How many of you ever experienced that ? Feel free to raise your hand. Don’t be shy to admit cause I also experienced the same situation as you guys. For those who raise their hands you must give at least a bit of attention to my speech as you guys have the symptoms of migraine and might suffer from it. A migraine affects more than just your head. A migraine is actually an enormous headache that usually accompanied by nausea, sleep disruption, depression, sensitivity to light, sound,or smells. Sufferers of migraine frequently get their in a massive pain even moving at a minimum motion. Sufferers of migraine also have high sensitivity to light. Imagine you’re walking to the exit of cinema, then the light outside starts shining. You will react by closing your eyes as you cant bear the strong light. Now imagine the pain is 100% worse. That’s it what is like to felt by a migraine sufferers.

Now we know, what is migraine actually are and their effects. So, what is exactly the cause them ? The actual cause of migraine is unknown. Some research has been done, and the outcomes shown that the the migraine could be causes by the changes of blood vessel, chemicals, and in your nerves in your brain. The research outcomes is seems to support by many scientists as they said the cause main cause are dilation and constricting of blood vessel. Some doctor said the external cause of migraines are depression, lack of food and sleep, stress, bright light, or the changes of hormones or
