Introduction
As a health care adviser I believe in Collaboration of work and creating a positive workforce thinking and practicing an interagency approach towards partnership. I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages as there will be varied skills, qualifications and professional bodies within a team to provide an effective partnership.

Members have divided opinions upon change; many see it as a challenge whilst others view it as an opportunity to develop. Two areas of caution have been identified when improving care by Tait (2004) those are limited resources and the pace of change.
Tope, 1998; Freeman and Proctorchilds, 1998 has argued the role of professional values and ways to overcome barriers confronted by each professional an agreed way forward is to create a process where they learn from and about each other. This can provide an added benefit to all members as they will learn an array of values and perceptions. Using the activity theory and expansive learning may become beneficial to groups during this dilemma.
Conclusion
In conclusion, effective interagency collaboration with partnerships is essential. All research and indicates that all services need to work together for the greater good, but do need structure, support, resource allocation and policy development. Effective interagency collaboration is a complex process and learning in a key component. Working in partnership is an ongoing process, that will consistently be evolving with the creation of new concepts and frameworks, communication is key across all levels.
