There are many types of therapy in the United States such as psychoanalysis , psychodynamic therapy , cognitive , behavior therapy , interpersonal therapy. psychodynamic therapy is some time called psychoanalysis lite You may not dig deep as in psychoanalysis but the treatment still focuses on the unconscious ,personal development , and the relationship between therapist and patient. cognitive therapy is geared toward solving immediate problems it is highly structured with a specific lesson . behavior therapy is a common technique to treat anxiety disorders and phobias “ desensitization” in which a patient is gradually exposed to ( or asked to imagine ) anxiety -inducing situations as way to become

therapy is major key to rehabilitation in social and cultural problems . Therapy is very helpful and suggested for families and couples. Why is it suggested ? For the simple reason that it’s somethings that can’t be solved easily so therefore its preferred and helpful . In other words there doesn't always have to be a problem in order to go to a therapist sometimes you may just insist more guidance in life or you just need a person opinion of why you may have the thoughts you have that go through your head . Therapy can be helpful due to cultural differences mainly because of peoples opinion or how a person see’s another person. Theangrytherpaist is a site thats suggested for family dealing with problems and cultural differences . Although through out it all there are stereotypes containing psychology and how people deal with it . Such as Social type of people one type stereotype is that they exude warmth,wanting to connect with another people .Honestly I feel that thats any human we all want someone who can connect to us spiritually and someone to warmth us . I strongly agree that that’s a stereotype , and that people don't always go to a therapist just because they have a problem or a mental issue . The reason I feel that it should be more accessible is because you never know what a persons going through . or why they act the way the act and how much it effects them in along run sometimes having a person listen to your thoughts help you get the extra pressure off your chest . Also therapy should be placed in working areas or in busy business those are typical places where there are more people and more things that happen in those areas . therapy is helpful and there are many types of therapy that should get more credit for the stuff they do but also I feel that therapy should be a must in certain places like schools just to check on the students and teachers . therapist should get more attention socially because they really play a big part in our society
