Into The Future Research Paper
Into the Future What will life in 2050 or 2070 be like? Will it be any similar to the one that we are living, or will there be dramatic changes in technology which will potentially take over all of our lives? It is difficult to predict future- despite the so-called assertions that few people can predict what will happen next. For some people, thinking about the future is an exciting thing to do, as they think the future is bound to become brighter and easier for humans, due to the increasing development in the technologies used. But for most of us, thinking about the future is a broad topic that sends a shiver of uncertainty through our bodies.

Not surprisingly, small wars for water are already active. It has been revealed that China, the world's most populated country with a population of 1.3billion, only has the supply of water to last around 40 years! Imagine what will happen, in the future, to smaller countries in Africa where there is already a scarcity of water! Due to this, it is highly likely that there will be wars for water.
It is possible that the future may also experience colonization of planets like Mars, where life is predicted to be possible. Already, satellites have been sent to orbit for possible life on such planets. If life is found to be possible, it is highly likely that humans will colonize there, making a new life on a new planet. Things like tourist trips and space hotels may also be possible after humans have colonized Mars.
Inevitably, humans will continue to look for life in the outer-space. We will continue for sci-fi myths like aliens, and if they actually exist. One way that this may be possible is through the collection of waves from the space, which will tell us if there is any form of life existing in the

As pointed out previously, Huffman Trucking has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. Our huge trucking fleet and large number of employees exceed the usual numbers for a privately held trucking company. The growth of our company has become so significant that we must now face the issue of expanding our business. Even though our expansion can be done in many ways, our financial team has narrowed down our expansion options to becoming a publicly shared company (through an IPO), acquiring another organization in the same industry, or merging our business with another organization. Expanding our company in any of the for-mentioned ways can have many advantages for our owners and employees. In order to determine which expansion…

Not much change will occur over the course of the next twenty years that can’t be plainly predicted today. Obviously, the track we’re on now will continue to develop as automation takes to the forefront of work typically done by humans. Desperately, our governments will continue fighting to censor peoples daily lives in order gain control over a society born in the digital age. Intrusive marketing techniques tailored to target the very impulses within human DNA will be perfected; as escaping the all-seeing eyes of Big Brother becomes virtually impossible. Individuality will dwindle as Americans continue struggling to find comfort through association as the once bountiful well of fads, fashions, styles, and other various forms of self expression is dried…

Water is a resource lots of people take for granted. When water starts to become more scarce throughout time, who should take control over it? Public companies? Or Private? I believe the answer to this dilemma is that public companies should mostly take control of the water system but still work with private companies to benefit the water supply the most. They should mostly control the water supply because I think that private companies won’t be able to handle the water resources properly. According to the article “The New Oil” by Jeneen Interlandi, private companies don’t understand how important the conservation of water means to the survival of the human race and all the animals and plants on earth. Wars will start because water is running out, killing millions of people. If water runs out, everyone will die, completely destroying the earth’s ecosystem because everything needs water. It is a scarce, inelastic resource that needs to be handled with the utmost care.…

The business model that Netflix employs is to offer an unlimited amount of monthly DVD rentals for a small monthly fee. Netflix uses UPS to ship the movies (up to three at a time) to customers. A key part of Netflix strategy is persuading customers into renting movies they had not previously heard of through a ‘You Might Also Like’ type feature. With different articles written daily on select movies, as well as offering suggestions based on past rentals. This allows them to obtain a continued stream of revenue on movies that might otherwise be overlooked at a brick and mortar store like Blockbuster.…

For centuries man has looked at the sky, and wondered, is someone looking back? Science is now closer than ever to answering this quest that is nearly as old as mankind itself. In the last century new technologies and scientific break-throughs have showed us that planets do exist in other solar systems and that there is a probability for other earth-like planets. We have also recognized the parameters and building blocks for life as we know them on earth. But, given these building blocks and parameters, would life actually develop or exist on other worlds?…

Sometimes contemplating the future just means wondering whether it will snow tomorrow, or whether it will be a hot summer this year. We can think bigger, though. What will the climate be like a hundred years from now, or a thousand or a million? Will the greenhouse gases in our atmosphere ever reach an upper limit and start to diminish? Will our planet ultimately end up like the super-heated surface of Venus, or like the frozen wasteland of Mars, or will it continue to move up and down within a range of temperatures that are hospitable to life as we know it?…

When I say future, I mean a relatively distant future – let us say, maybe 5 to 25 years ahead – that rely on a foreseen scenario that starts with a shift in behaviour – today. This behaviour develops really slowly and has a large duration and rage of diffusion from innovators to late adopters. This is called a trend.…
