When I first saw the title I just knew that the essay was going to be very boring. The title did not seem at all interesting. If I had to pick this to read I would not read it because if a title does not seem interesting a reader, like myself will not even want to read this passage don't think that this title will attract other readers because my attention wasn't caught but I had to read it for this class so I dealt with it.

The beginning paragraph does not make a very clear idea of the passage because the beginning does not give enough information about the topic it just seems like a lot of words that are in a sentence that does not make much since. Instead this could begin with talking about his view on the topic.
Is there a clear THESIS? What is it?
There is a clear thesis, it states, “Woody Allen shows that it is in fact women who benefit most from Freud's work-specifically, Freud's theories of psychoanalysis.” The author of this essay had a thesis statement but throughout the essay it didn't feel as though he stayed on track with his thesis. His thesis should have been his guide to keep himself on track with what he was talking about and so that the reader could better understand what he was writing about.
Is there sufficient SUPPORT for the thesis? Is there anywhere you’d like to have more detail? Is the supporting material sufficiently DOCUMENTED?
Throughout the reading there is some information that will show the concept of the thesis, but as I said before the essay does not seem properly written which makes it harder to understand.
