All students wishing to study at the Linstead Learning Institute must apply in person and submit to a brief interview to determine whether the programs offered are suitable to his/her needs. An Applicant who is accepted is given a Registration Form and issued with bank payment vouchers. Payment must be made and the Registration Form completed. The registration process in then completed by the registrar.
You are required to prepare the following documents: (Task 1)
a) Create a poster advertising the courses offered at Linstead Learning Institute. The poster should contain data such as: i. School motto and logo determined and designed by you ii. Course offered iii. Registration requirements iv. Date and time of registration and relevant fees payable v. Payment method and location vi. Margin 0.5 all around with landscape orientation and a watermark Linstead Learning Institute across the diagonal.
Use appropriate graphics and formatting features to enhance your presentation
(Task 2) a) Create the template for the Student Registration Form on the school’s letter head using the layout given in the outline. b) Ensure that the document is formatted, spell checked and in every way suitable for use in a real-world scenario. c) Place an appropriate border around the form. d) Print two forms for submission. Have one of these forms completed with sample data. (Task 3)
Create a document on the school’s letter head to produce the report card shown in the outline a) Use mail merge facility to produce one report for each student, use the appropriate table/query in your database as the source document for the mail merge b) Print the first and last report for submission c) A footer which displays the institution’s motto and logo, determined and designed by you. (Task 4) a) Create a report based on the queries (CourseAvg), report (Applicants) from database and summary student income
