FREQUENCY OF CLEANING
This “Janitorial Proposal” has been prepared based of what was discussed between ‘’Aserea Hospice” and “Environment Control”
NIGHTLY SERVICES * (Three nights per week) Control floor appearance by vacuuming or sweeping with chemically treated dust mop. * Mop other hard surface floors (restrooms, break rooms, etc.) to remove soil and spillage. * Remove small water-soluble spots, such as coffee and soft drinks, from the carpets. (Note: supervisory personnel will remove non-soluble spots as soon as possible.) * (Three nights per week) Dust all cleared surfaces of desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, and other office furniture. Client should be aware EC will not dust fax machines/copiers/under phones or monitors. * Maintain clean and sanitary appearance of all ashtrays and sand jars. * (Every night) Empty all trash baskets, shredders and ashtrays into designated trash bins. * (Three nights per week) Remove smudges and unsightly appearances on doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, desks, and counters. * (Three nights per week) Sanitize and polish all drinking fixtures. * Remove soil on entrance doorframes, handles, glass, and threshold.
