Jay Alvather, President of TEKsystems, joined the staffing industry in 1995 and has held a number of leadership positions across the parent company Allegis Group. Previously, Alvather served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Allegis Group as well as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and VP of Organizational Development for TEKsystems. Additionally, Alvather’s current focus is on ensuring that TEKsystems continues to provide superior IT talent and services to customers. Sean McGraw, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TEKsystems, started his career at TEKsystems 17 years ago as an Associate in the credit department. Furthermore, McGraw was promoted to Regional Controller where he helped develop and launch TEKsystems’ Sub-Vendor program and National Recruiting Center, while also supporting their Workforce Management Solution offering. Later, McGraw was promoted to Director of Finance and later Executive Director supporting the company’s National Sales Program. Consequently, McGraw’s influence is now focused on ensuring the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Additionally, McGraw has a positive influence on the organization and expects to lead by example and assist where needed.
Chris Russell, Senior Vice President of Regional Operations at TEKsystems, began his career in 1993 as a Recruiter for Aerotek, TEKsystems' sister company, and within three months was promoted into the Account Manager role.
Furthermore, Russell subsequently served in various leadership positions with Aerotek, including Regional Manager for the West, Director of Business Operations for Seattle, National Sales Manager, and Regional Vice President. In 2001, Russell joined TEKsystems as a Regional Vice President. Additionally, Russell is responsible for leading the RVPs and is also responsible for performance, operations and talent management across the regions. Throughout his career, McSally has held several leadership positions across the Allegis’ Operating Companies, including COO for Stephen James Associates, President of Mentor 4, Regional Vice President of Aerotek, and VP of Operations at TEKsystems. Most recently, McSally served as VP of Enterprise Operations for Allegis Group, responsible for executing and formalizing corporate operational strategy across all Allegis Group companies in the U.S. Fortunately, McSally is a major contributor and positive influence on TEKsystems as he focuses on enhancing the attraction and retention of high-quality professionals by aligning behaviors of TEKsystems’ internal teams to add value to both the client and the consultant. Garrett Haycock, Vice President of Strategic Operations, began his career in 1995 as a Telecommunications Recruiter for Aerotek, TEKsystems’ sister company. In 1999, Garrett moved to Kansas City and became the National Account Manager (NAM) for TEKsystems’ Sprint account and earned TEKsystems a place as Sprint’s top vendor. As a NAM, he was responsible for meeting staffing needs spanning applications, infrastructure, and communications skill sets. In 2006, Garrett moved into the Regional Director role for the Southwest region and was later promoted to Executive Director for Workforce Management Solutions for Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), another sister company of TEKsystems. In 2014, he was named Vice President of Strategic Operations. Haycock has a positive influence on TEKsystems as he focuses on ensuring that the company's sales and delivery methodologies evolve to add exceptional value to our customers and consultants.
Matt Hannigan, Vice President of Global Services, began his career with Aerotek in 1989 as a recruiter. Since 1995, Matt has held various leadership positions within the company, including Director of Business Operations (DBO), Director of National Accounts (DNA) for some of TEKsystems’ largest national customers in the Government and Communications verticals. In 2003, he was promoted to Vice President of National Sales for the Communications Vertical; while serving in that role, Hannigan also led the development and implementation of the Network product strategy for the company. Hannigan has a positive influence on the organization due to his ability to think outside of the box and ensure further development of services solutions. Additionally, TEKsystems incorporates the opinions of the stakeholders into the company’s activities by allowing each leader to own his/her part of the business. Meaning, TEKsystems values each person’s opinion and allows each person to voice their opinion and reasoning. Furthermore, this allows each stakeholder to have a voice in the direction and progression of the company. Moreover, each and every stakeholder may not hold the same opinion, but they all have a common goal; which is company success and talent retention. Consequently, the overall business objective for each stakeholder is to drive exceptional growth through superior quality and service.
