He may be hearing the voices of his employees but he is not listening to them as they answer the questions that he has asked. He is also not mindful in his interactions with his employees. He is scribbling notes, shaking his head, constantly frowning and does not give the person he is talking to direct eye contact when speaking to them. Finally, Alan is not responding appropriately to what his employees are saying. He is not showing through his words or actions that he cares nor is interested in engaging them in further conversation.…

    5. when Warren was telling Nick about is job performance, Warren was not straight forward with his confessions of how he really measured Nick's performance. I believe that he was afraid if Nick was going to take it personally. This is called Leniency error. A recommendation for this issue is that Warren should be more ethical and point out any issues the employee needs to improve that way there would be no decreased morale and commitment to the organization.…

"Dr. Heidegger's Experiment" was first published anonymously in the January 1837 issue of Knickerbocker magazine under the title "The Fountain of Youth." The civil war was one of the most deadly wars our country has ever faced. It was between two different sides of people who believed in different ideas but lived in the same country. The start of the Civil War was really key. It showed which side the North or the South would have the advantage at winning the war.
