Abstract

The following essay describes the different modes of communications - online communication and traditional face-to-face communication and their impact on each other and in an organization. It also shows that how electronic modes of communications such as e-mail, chatting, IM (Instant messaging), video/voice conferencing, helps to development a knowledge over intercultural communication but these electronics modes are having vast effects on the traditional way of communication which is not so good for some extent. The information for the following essay is gathered from the different sources such as journals, e-books and various internet sites. The timetable is also drawn for dividing the assignments work throughout 6 weeks works which is covered in 60 hours. There is a concept map which shows the central topic in the middle and other main topic around it (connected through lines) and also the sub topics of those main topics. This map reveals that how the topics are connected and dependent on each other. References and annotated bibliography is also written on the last page containing all the sources I have used as the
