Mr Ahmad is the owner of SFS, the reason for this change due to employees productivity decreasing , Mr Ahmad know if he did not make a change it may keep making no profit for SFS… After discussion consultant decide to use John Kotter’s change model, which is to change the business environment so that SFS will be on the right track again. * To establish a sense of urgency Mr Ahmad hold a meeting between the employees and top management, to discuss the current situation of the SFS (show the financial statement of SFS), inform to all employees that they going lose their job, due to the employees productivity level keep decreasing, it lead making no profit, Mr Ahmad ensure the employee closed the SFS will be the last thing he want to do. The reality what SFS facing. Making Change job security his employees. Employees recognize the important of job being critically, express them the necessary change is needed, they know the sense of urgency. * After the employees understand a sense of urgency of the change, Mr Ahmad must to decide who is guiding coalition will be have. This step will require to select the employees will help SFS to see the change from several departments. Mr Ahmad should restructure the job specification of the employees by send people out (who have bad performance- lazy) and brings people in. Select a leader who can be the leader for a team and have power to influence the rest of employees, to guild the development and implementing the new business environment of the SFS. To increase the employees productivity level. * Now Mr Ahmad have to explain the new working environment to the rest of employees , SFS should provide the employees clear understanding the changes all about improve/change the vision that connect to the long term sustainability of SFS. * Once the vision is improve, Mr Ahmad have to ccommunicate the change vision his entire employees, employees of SFS will need to

Currently he is struggling as he faces great difficulties adapting BoldFlash to a changing marketplace. The problem really started a year ago when Mr. Jim Harrison appointed the young Roger Cahill to a VP position. Although Roger has led a research project in his previous work, he is only 24 years old and inexperienced to manage a company at VP level.
