Josiah Brathwaite is a 16 year old male of Mixed Descent (Afro-Indio). He is a fraternal twin along with his sister. He was raised predominately by his father under a single parent setting; for the past four years, his father has been living with his step mother. He is the second child to his mother and the fifth born to his father. At the age of 2 ½ years, Josiah shared that he his parents separated and his mother subsequently migrated to the United States of America in search of employment and a better life. He reported that despite the passing years, he had a yearning for his mother who in return made no attempt to contact the family.
