Criminal justice system has two major goals - protection of individual rights and punishment of crime. Different countries have different criminal justice systems and procedures which has a high impact on culture, society, rise or fall of civilization. Some systems punish the guilty at the cost of basic individual laws but some preserves the laws of guilty and gives them equal right to express themselves.
