Dear Mr. Bradshaw and Ms. Martin:

Enclosed is a copy of my justification report regarding streamlining the usage of office supplies and telephone systems for Lockheed-Martin. The research indicates where your company could save thousands in the area of telephone, landlines and computer services and how unused products and outdated systems can be re-used or recycled. I have provided information regarding recycling services that you can obtain in your local community and ideas that will benefit your company with rewards simply for "Going Green.”

The report also provides a solution to the company 's current supply purchasing by offering a more efficient way to order supplies. It also provides information on the most beneficial ways to cut spending and reduce waste. Recycling is also included in this aspect of operation for the business and how your local recycling center and on-line recycling options can help the company earn money back.

If you should have any questions regarding the information enclosed, please feel free to contact me at the email address or phone number provided. I look forward to hearing from you, and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.

Sincerely,

Sarah Jones

I intend to address the Building Manager in my Justification Report on ways the building can be a ”green” building and have less impact on the environment. The purpose of this report is to introduce new products that can be used throughout the building that are environmentally friendly such as the types of cleaning materials that the maintenance crew uses, types of paper products used, and building materials used on improvements. I also plan to address implementing a recycle program in the building which will assist employees that are interested in becoming more environmentally friendly. I will also look into implementing a “green” roof which will…

Enclosed is a copy of “Lamb Production and Survival in Lambing Areas and Summer Ranges of a Bighorn Sheep Population Wintering on Big Creek In Central Idaho.” This report is a summary of my findings from the work that I completed during the summer of 2001 on bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis Canadensis) in the Frank Church–River of No Return Wilderness. It will aid in the future management of bighorn sheep in Central Idaho and adds new information to the established baseline data of this population. Funding for this report was approved on October 18, 2001 by your department. I completed the report on schedule and met all my proposed objectives within the allotted budget of $5,998. A slightly revised version of this report will also be submitted to Jeff Rholman of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game; Janette Pope of The Charles DeVlieg Foundation; the Dean of the College of Natural Resources at the University of Idaho, Jim and Holly Akenson, Managers of the University of Idaho’s Taylor Ranch; and will be submitted as an output for the fulfillment of my senior thesis requirement under Dr. Lissette Waits and Dr. Jim Peek.…
