Does the book review clearly address the Compliment guideline? In other words, does the book review tell you what the book's author accomplished effectively and why? If not, what does the writer need to include? If yes, give the writer some constructive feedback about the strengths of their book review. You did really well in telling what Jesse Walter Fewkes does well in portraying in his book. I particularly liked that you discussed the paintings that he had made and the Indian’s gods. One thing that you mentioned was that they do the festivals and paintings were in honor of their gods and ancient traditions. A question I had about that was what were those ancient traditions/why did they do them? Also, how were they honoring their gods by performing these festivals? Maybe Fewkes didn’t discuss that, but I would be interested in knowing more about the reason why they did these things.

Be specific. Your essay is understandable, but there are a few parts were grammar or wording makes it sound weird. For example, the sentence “Pueblo Indians have a deep connection with nature a lot of their Gods are animals or part animal, they believe things like trees or the sun have spirits” is a run-on sentence. It could be reformatted to something like “Pueblo Indians have a deep connection with nature. A lot of their Gods are animals or part animal; they believe things like trees or the sun have spirits.” to help it have proper formatting and not sound like one, long connected sentence when you read it out loud. There were several spots like this that just need fixed grammatically. Other than that I really enjoyed reading your paper! It was interesting learning about these Indians. Good
