Utilitarianism theory says that in doing so companies are cutting costs of man power by exploiting the cheap labor of other countries. Working conditions of oversea workers may suffer however the global economy rises because of this, so therefore more people are being benefited in total. So therefore Outsourcing is good. Kantian theory would suggest that it is morally wrong to exploit poorer workers and bad conditioned facilities overseas so therefore it is bad. Utilitarianism theory states that since the best and most talented workers from each country are working at the company, then it benefits the economy of each country. Skilled workers working for other countries gives opportunity one may not have in their own country, thus utilitarianism theory will say this good. Kantian theory will wrongfully suggest that getting talented workers from overseas instead of taking the ones at home is for the benefit of the company only. Kant will therefore suggest that this is morally wrong and a means to an end. As mentioned earlier I believe Kantian theory in this instance focuses way to extremely on the morality instead of looking at the overall picture of how taking skilled workers from other countries is beneficial. It benefits the opportinity of talented foreign workers and boosts economy, so again Utilitarianism theory benefits more
