This involves many different pieces of information. There are two approaches that information technology can make its way into the business process. These approaches could be to incorporate information technology into an existing process, or a whole new process can be designed. A successful business plan consists of a manner in which work is organized, uniquely coordinated, and focused to produce a valuable product or service. The business process of information systems helps the company effectively achieve the automated parts of the process and to operate efficiently and enhance the overall performance of the company. This makes it possible to manage all their information, make better decisions and improve the implementation of their business process.
Every business, no matter what the size, must complete four functions to succeed. It must produce the product or service, market and sell the product or service, keep up with the financial transactions, and perform simple human resources responsibilities, such as hiring and retaining employees.
