These approaches could be to incorporate information technology into an existing process, or a whole new process can be designed. A successful business plan consists of a manner in which work is organized, uniquely coordinated, and focused to produce a valuable product or service. The business process of information systems helps the company effectively achieve the automated parts of the process and to operate efficiently and enhance the overall performance of the company. This makes it possible to manage all their information, make better decisions and improve the implementation of their business process.
