Killian Sisson Case Study
The reporting party (RP) stated on 10/19/16 while changing the diaper of her son Killian Sisson age 2; she observed his entire buttocks were bruised and turning purple. Subsequently the RP contacted the child's father and questioned him regarding the bruising. According to the father, no bruising was observed. Consequently the RP had Killian examined by his primary pediatrician Dr. Amy Wagner of Prima Pediatrics. The physician disclosed there may have been redness the prior night and bruises observed usually bruise overnight. The RP stated Dr. Wagner disclosed the bruises were not consistent with marks caused by a hand. The RP disclosed the child attends the day care one day a week and is being tested for autism due to his verbal delay. The
